Automate the entire hiring process without needing paperwork or multiple applications. When you change a candidate's status to "hired" in Zoho Recruit, their profile is updated in the connected Zoho People account to an "employee", which will initiate your onboarding process. If your new hire isn’t a full-time employee, you can also convert them into a contractor. Contractors will be treated as temporary employees and won’t have access to the portal in Zoho People.
