Note: You can also access files from all events from a common library in your portal. You can also upload files or media at the portal level and access it across all events in that portal.

Presentation Library

1. Go to Manage > Event Library > Presentations tab, from the Dock. 
2. Create, upload, or select your session materials using the following options.
1. Click Create to create a presentation using Zoho Show. 
   
2. Click Upload to select a presentation from your computer.
   
3. Click Pick from Zoho Workdrive to import files stored in Zoho Workdrive.
   
3. To edit and rename a presentation in the library, simply click on its thumbnail to open Zoho Show in a new window.
4. Perform any necessary edits, then close the window. 

Note:

1. Materials uploaded from your computer or imported from a cloud service are converted to the Zoho Show format.
   
2. Materials deleted from the content library are removed permanently.
   
3. You can also use the Presentation Library to preview, download, and delete presentations.
   

The Presentation Library is a paid feature enabled based on your subscription plan.

Image Library

1. Go to Manage > Event Library > Images tab, from the Dock. 
2. Use the options to upload images.
   
• Click Upload to pick an image from your computer.
  
• Click Upload from cloud to choose images stored in cloud services like Zoho Docs, Google Drive, Dropbox, or Evernote, from the dialog box.
  

Note: You can also use the Image Library to preview, download, and delete images.

Video Library

Videos uploaded for sessions can be found in this library.

1. Go to Manage > Event Library > Videos tab, from the Dock. 
2. Use the options to upload videos.
• Click Upload to select a video from your computer.
  
• Click Pick from Zoho Workdrive to import files stored from Zoho Workdrive.

 

Note: You can also use the Video Library to preview, download, and delete videos.

PDF Library

Add PDFs or brochures which can be distributed or downloaded as handouts during your sessions.

1. Go to Manage > Event Library > PDF tab, from the Dock. 
2. Use the options to upload images.
   
• Click Upload PDF to pick an file from your computer.
  
• Click Upload from Zoho Workdrive to import files stored in Zoho Workdrive.
  

 

Note: You can also use the PDF library to download and delete PDFs.
