Can I use wallet credits to subscribe to the new plan?
Yes, you can use your wallet credits.
How long can I remain in the old plan?
You can remain in the old plan until March 31, 2023. After that date, you'll automatically be moved to the new plan. This applies to all customers across all plans.
Do I have an option to switch back to the old plan?
No; after you're moved to the new plan, you won't be able to go back to the old plan.
If I re-activate my subscription, what plan will I be added to?
When you re-activate your subscription, you'll automatically be added to the new plan.
Can I purchase additional badge credits?
Thanks to the attendee add-ons, you don't need to purchase badge credits anymore. Attendee add-ons enable your attendees to register for your event and are the equivalent of badge credits. For example, if you're in the Ultimate plan, you get 5,000 attendee add-ons which translates to 5,000 badge credits. This also applies to any extra attendee add-ons you purchase.
Will my registrations be affected if my event exceeds the attendee limit?
The new registration limits will be applied when you switch to the new plan. We'll notify you when you're about to exhaust your attendee limits so that you can purchase additional add-ons and continue planning your events.
What happens to my current add-ons when I subscribe to the new plan?
When you subscribe to the new plan, badge credits from your old plan will be converted to attendee add-ons. You can use attendee add-ons when you exceed the attendee limit of your base plan. All other add-ons in your account will be adjusted to reflect the payment towards your new subscription and any leftover amount will be refunded.
If I subscribe to the new plan, what happens to my live events?
When you subscribe to the new plan, live and running events will remain in the old plan.
Can I buy a per-event license from the new plan when I'm in the old plan?
No. When you're in the old plan, you can only purchase and use the per-event license from the old plan.
Do I need an add-on to host virtual events?
No, you no longer require add-ons like OnAir or Expo OnAir to host virtual events. You can host unlimited in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
Can I purchase additional booths?
Yes. If you're on a paid plan, you can use booth add-ons to purchase more booths in addition to any free booths that you may already have, depending on your subscription plan. By default, Enterprise plan subscribers get five free booths and Ultimate plan subscribers get 15 free booths. In the Free and Essential plans, however, you will not receive any free booths.
Can I purchase booth or attendee add-ons in the Free plan?
No. You can only purchase add-ons in the paid plans.
What happens to an attendee add-on associated with a ticket when that ticket is cancelled?
Once an attendee registers to your event with a ticket, an attendee add-on will be consumed from your account. Attendee add-ons, once consumed, will not be reverted back.
Do the new attendee and booth add-ons expire?
No they don't expire. These add-ons will be available until you consume them.
Will I get a custom mobile app if I subscribe to the Ultimate plan?
Yes, if you subscribe to Ultimate yearly or per-event add-on.
How long is the pay-per-event add-on valid?
The per-event add-on is valid for one year.
What's the difference between a recurring subscription and a pay-per-event add-on?
The pay-per-event add-on is a stand alone add-on which can only be applied to one event. A recurring subscription is one that can be used for all events and can be taken as a monthly or a yearly plan.
