How can I upgrade my portal to a different plan?

To do this, click the Upgrade link in the top-right corner to navigate to the Pricing page. Click the Upgrade button for a higher plan that you want and select the payment plan duration. If you haven't given your payment details previously, enter them and confirm your payment.

How can I downgrade my portal to a different plan?

You can visit the Pricing page, click the Downgrade button, and select a plan that you want. Select the payment plan duration, if available. To learn about refunds, contact support@zohobackstage.com.

Can I upgrade/downgrade to a plan at anytime?

Yes, you can.

Do you have a trial period available for Backstage?

Yes, you get a free trial of Backstage when you first sign up. This trial period lasts for 15 days, after which your portal will be automatically moved to the Free plan.

What happens if I do not renew my account after a plan expires?

When your plan expires, your portal will be automatically renewed with the current plan you've selected, using the same payment details you had provided initially.

Will I lose all my event information if I don't renew my plan on time?

No, you won't lose any event data if you do not renew your plan or if Backstage is not able to renew your current plan automatically. You will instead be downgraded to the Free plan and will not be able to access any priced features.

Will I incur any fees if I do not renew my plan?

No you will not incur any fees. If a payment has failed, you'll have a buffer time of 15 days before your portal is downgraded to the Free plan.

Are there any other ways to renew my payment apart from the online method?
