Event Library
1. What is the Event Library?
The Event Library is where you can upload, store, and manage event-related files in Zoho Backstage. It includes libraries for different types of content used across your event, such as presentations, images, videos, PDFs, and other event materials. These files can be used for sessions, the event website, speaker presentations, downloadable handouts, and other event experiences.
2. How can I access the Event Library?
Go to Manage > Event Library to view and manage files uploaded for your event. From here, you can upload and organize files such as presentations, images, videos, and documents based on how they will be used in the event.
3. Can I upload presentations before the event starts?
Yes. You can upload presentations to the Event Library as soon as your event is created. Uploading presentations in advance helps organizers and speakers prepare sessions before event day. Uploaded presentations can be reviewed, managed, and associated with sessions as needed.
4. Can speakers view and edit all presentations in the Event Library?
No. Speakers can only view and manage the presentations they have uploaded or the files they have permission to access. Organizers and event members with the required permissions can manage presentations and other files uploaded for the event.
5. What images are added to the Image Library?
Images uploaded while setting up your event can be stored in the Image Library. This can include images used for the event website, venue images, speaker or sponsor visuals, promotional assets, and other event-related images.
Images added directly to certain website sections, such as gallery images, may not always appear in the Image Library depending on how they are uploaded or used.
6. What is the maximum file size for images in the Image Library?
You can upload images up to 10 MB in the Image Library. For best results, use optimized images that balance quality and loading performance on the event website.
7. What file formats are supported for presentations?
Zoho Backstage supports the following presentation file formats:
- PPT
- PPTX
- PPS
- PPSX
- ODP
- SXI
- ZSLIDES
8. What file formats are supported for images?
Zoho Backstage supports the following image file formats:
- JPG
- JPEG
- PNG
- GIF
