How long will it take to build the app?
Your app will be built in seven to ten business days from the date your app details have been verified. You'll be notified by email once the app is ready for download.
Until when can I recall my submission?
You can recall your submission during the app generation phase. You can recall your submission through the Backstage web app by clicking the Recall Submission button.
What is the process to update the app to the latest version?
Your app will be updated to correspond with the latest version of the default Zoho Backstage for Attendees throughout your subscription period. The updated version of your app will be made available for you in the Custom apps tab of your portal's Settings page. You can download it and publish it in the Play Store or App Store.
Where will the app links be updated?
The links to your rebranded app will be updated in the footer of your event microsites.
How do I report issues/bugs in the app?
You can contact us at support@zohobackstage.com to report bugs or give us feedback on the app.
