Your attendees and guests can be listed as either leads or contacts in Zoho CRM.
What will happen if I disable Zoho CRM integration?
When you disable integration, data synchronization will be paused. All your existing events will remain in CRM under the Zoho Backstage campaigns category. However, new events will not be linked to your CRM organization until you enable the integration again.
What will happen to my campaigns if I delete the Zoho CRM integration?
If you delete the Zoho CRM integration, all Zoho Backstage campaigns will be converted into Offline campaigns. You can still access the data, but the campaign will not be associated with your Zoho Backstage event anymore.

What information will be available by default when I integrate my event with Zoho PageSense?
You will be able to see the following analytics when you integrate with PageSense:- Top-viewed pages
- Top-viewed speakers
- Top-viewed sessions

Yes, you can conduct other tests like heatmaps and funnel analysis tests on your event microsite. However, they can only be conducted from your PageSense portal.
Do I need a Zoho PageSense subscription to integrate with it?

Yes, you can contact a visitor by clicking the visitor's avatar in the Visitors Online module of your Zoho SalesIQ portal.

You can see details like their region, number of visits, actions on the microsite, and pages they are interested in. Their name and contact details will also be available if they have provided that information.
Do I need to have a Zoho SalesIQ subscription to integrate with it?
No, you don't need a subscription with Zoho SalesIQ to access the live chat and visitor tracking features.

How can I track my event microsite using Google Analytics?
To track your event microsites using Google Analytics, add the Google Analytics (GA) code to Backstage. You can find the code in the Administrator settings of your Google Analytics account. Enter this code in the UA code textbox in the Google Analytics section of the Integrations tab to activate microsite tracking. You can also use a Google Tag Manager (GTM) code instead of your GA code, here.
Where can I view the microsite analytics?
You can view all microsite analytics in the Events tab of your Google Analytics account. You can get information about microsite visitors in real time, like where they're from, how much time they spend on each page, and how many times they've visited your microsite. You can also learn about the bounce rate of the pages, and do keyword analysis to find out how effective your content is.
