Event Gallery
Showcase images in the gallery and let attendees share their interest for them by liking or adding their thoughts through comments.
Note:
You can also
manage images in the
Event gallery
tab
in the Content Library.
Upload gallery images
Add images to the gallery by easily uploading them from the
Gallery
page.
- Go to Design > Website, from the Dock.
- Click Edit Website to open the Website Builder.
- Go to Gallery page from the Navigation Bar to open the Event Gallery page.

Click the Upload button.

Select images from the resulting dialogue box and click Upload.
Note: You can upload a maximum of 30 images at once.
Note: Any update made in the gallery does not have to be republished to the website. The gallery in the website will be automatically updated.

Manage attendee uploads in the gallery
Control if attendee can share images in the event gallery and set a time period for when this can be done.
- Go to Design > Website, from the Dock.
- Click Edit Website to open the Website Builder.
- Go to Gallery page from the Navigation Bar to open the Event Gallery page.
- Hover your mouse over the Gallery section in the Website Designer and click on the Settings [
] icon. The Gallery Settings panel will appear.
- Under Settings tab, you can make changes to the Photo Upload Preferences as per your requirement.
- Under Arrangement tab, you can manually alter the arrangement images in as per your requirement by simply dragging and dropping the images up and down.
- Your changes will be saved automatically.
Note:
Attendees, can view, upload, and delete images of their own in the same gallery by accessing it in the website. They can also like and comment on any image.
Delete gallery images
Remove unnecessary gallery images.
Note:
Deleted images can't be recovered.
Delete a single gallery image

Hover over the image in the Gallery page of the event Website Designer.

Click
. The Delete Image dialogue box appears.
- Click Delete.
Delete multiple gallery images

Click the check mark at the top-left corner of the images in the Gallery page in the event Website Designer.
- Click the Delete button at the top-right corner of the section. The Delete Images dialogue box appears.
- Click Delete.
Download gallery images

Click the
Download
button in the Gallery page of the Website Designer. A download link of all the images in the gallery will be sent to your registered email address.
Share gallery images online
Easily share images from the event gallery to your social media for anyone to see.

Click the
icon for an image in the Gallery page of the Website Designer.

Select the
Copy URL
option to manually copy and paste the URL to share the image.
- Alternatively, select any social media site in the menu to directly share the image there.
Note:
You can also share images from any gallery widget, which is added as a section, on your website.
The gallery is a paid feature enabled based on your subscription plan.
