The event gallery allows organizers and attendees to share event photos, engage with images through likes and comments, search for photos using facial recognition, and download gallery content.

The gallery updates automatically, so newly uploaded images become available on the live website without requiring a website republish.

Interact with Gallery Photos

Visitors can engage with gallery photos directly from the event website. Attendees can interact with gallery images by liking photos, posting comments, sharing images with others, and viewing engagement activity such as the number of likes and comments each image has received.

The total number of likes and comments is displayed on each image, helping attendees discover popular moments from the event. To interact with an image:

1. Navigate to Design > Website from the Dock.
2. Click Edit Website. The Website Builder will open. 
3. Open the Gallery page.
4. Click an image to view it in detail.
5. Use the available actions to:
   • Like the image
   • Add a Comment
   • Share the image

Engagement updates are reflected immediately across the gallery.

Search Photos Using Face Recognition

Face Recognition Search helps attendees quickly locate photos that contain them. Instead of manually browsing through hundreds of images, attendees can search the gallery using a facial match. To start a face search:

1. Navigate to Design > Website from the Dock.
2. Click Edit Website. The Website Builder will open. 
3. Open the Gallery page.
4. Click the Face Search icon beside the search bar.
5. Choose one of the following options:

Capture a Live Photo

1. Use your device camera to capture a live image for matching.

Use Your Profile Picture

1. Use the profile picture associated with your event account to find matching photos.

Upload a Photo

1. Upload an image from your device and use it as the search reference.
2. Review the selected image.
3. Click Search.

Matching photos containing the same person will be displayed from the gallery.

Face recognition results depend on image quality, lighting conditions, and the visibility of faces within uploaded photos.

Download Gallery Photos

Organizers can download photos from the event gallery at any time.

Download Individual Photos  

To download a specific image:

1. Open the image in detailed view.
2. Click the More Options menu.
3. Select Download.

The image will be downloaded directly to your device.

Download the Entire Gallery 

To download all gallery photos:

1. Navigate to Design > Website from the Dock.
2. Click Edit Website. The Website Builder will open. 
3. Open the Gallery page.
4. Click Download.
   
   
   

A download link containing all gallery images will be sent to your registered email address.

The download package is provided as a compressed ZIP file.

Download links remain valid for a limited period after they are generated.
