Uploading presentations

1. Switch to the Manage dashboard using the toggle button in the top-right corner of the Event Console.
   
2. Click the Sessions tab. The sessions you've added to the Agenda tab in the Microsite Builder will be displayed here.
   
3. Upload a presentation to any session from the Presentation Library or from a cloud service. You can also create your own presentation.
   
4. Optional: Edit the presentation if needed.
   
5. Rehearse your presentation before the session.
   

Note: 

1. You can also change the presentation assigned to your session by clicking the Change icon [] in the session thumbnail.
   
2. To delete a presentation click the Delete icon [] in the session thumbnail.
   
3. You can also download your presentation if you want to make changes offline.
   

Setting up polls with Backstage OnAir

1. Access the Manage Dashboard by using the toggle switch in the top-right corner of the Event Console.
   
2. Click the Sessions tab.
   
3. Click the Polls option for the event. The Polls panel will open.
   
4. Add your polls question, choosing a suitable question format.
   
5. Click Done.
   

Note: You can view poll results by clicking the Summary option for any completed session in the Sessions tab.

Configuring lounges

1. Access the Manage Dashboard by using the toggle switch in the top-right corner of the Event Console.
   
2. Click the OnAir tab.
   
3. Click the Lounges tab.
   
4. Click the Add lounge button. The Add lounge panel will be displayed.
   
5. Enter the lounge name and capacity.
   
6. Select an option for the access level of the lounge.
   
1. Open to all: Make a lounge available for all event participants like attendees, speakers, sponsors, event members, and staff.
   
2. Open to a specific group: Give a group of people exclusive access to a lounge. Pick the group you want to provide access to in the Select group dropdown.
   
7. Enable or disable options in the Lounge settings section for networking options such as video streaming, screen sharing, polls, and chat.
   
8. Click the Choose background link to select from default images or to upload an image to be the background for the lounge.
   
9. Click the Add button.
   

Edit a lounge

1. Click the Lounges tab in the OnAir tab inside the Manage Dashboard.
   
2. Click the Edit button associated with a lounge. The Edit lounge panel will be displayed.
   
3. Modify the necessary details.
   
4. Click Done.
   

Delete a lounge

1. Click the Lounges tab in the OnAir tab inside the Manage Dashboard.
   
2. Click the menu button associated with a lounge and select the Delete option. The Remove lounge dialog box will be displayed.
   
3. Click the Remove button.
