User Activities
View a timeline of all activities in your portal. Keep track of all actions, and find out who made what change and when they made it. All activities by all users will be listed in reverse chronological order, along with the person's name and profile photo. You can also filter the list to review specific actions or changes.
- Click on your Profile Picture, then scroll down and click User Activities, from the right sidebar.
- By default, the All Activities tab will be selected, showing the latest activities first.
- Use filters by clicking on the drop down button to refine the list of activities based on user, event or modules.
To view portal activities
- Click on your Profile Picture, then scroll down and click User Activities, from the right sidebar.
- By default, the "All activities" tab will be selected, showing the latest activities first.
- Click on the Only Portal Activities tab to view a list of the actions performed on the portal pages.
- To filter the activities based on a single user, click on the drop down button and select the user.
To view event activities
- Click on your Profile Picture, then scroll down and click User Activities, from the right sidebar.
- By default, the "All activities" tab will be selected, showing the latest activities first.
- Click on the Only Event Activities tab to view a list of the actions performed on the event pages.
- To filter the list of activities based on a user, event or module, click on the drop down buttons and select the desired options.
User information in the activity log will be encrypted as a standard practice.
