Embeddable Banner Widgets

Promote your event across external websites and blogs using embeddable banner widgets. These widgets display your event information, including the event name, date, time, venue, and a call-to-action button that directs visitors to your event website.

You can customize the banner’s appearance and generate embed code that can be added to any website supporting HTML embeds.

Generating a Banner Widget 


  1. Navigate to Manage > Promote > Blog or Website from the Dock.
  2. Under Configurations, customize your banner widget:
    1. Choose Layout: Select a banner size from the Choose Layout dropdown. Different layouts are available to suit various website placements.
    2. Choose Format: Select how the event date and time should be displayed in the banner.
    3. Inline Options: Choose which event details should appear on the banner.
      1. Time Zone
      2. Venue
    4. Button Text: Enter the text to be displayed on the banner’s action button.
  3. Review the banner in the Preview section to see how it will appear to visitors.
  4. The corresponding HTML embed code is automatically generated in the Embed Code section.
  5. Click Copy to copy the embed code.
  6. Paste the code into your website, blog, or landing page wherever you want the banner to appear.
