Share Your Event

1. Navigate to Manage > Promote > Social Share from the Dock. 
   
2. In the Post Description section, enter the caption you want to share on your social media post. The content entered here will be displayed when your event is shared on social media platforms.
3. Review the Social Post Preview section on the right to see how your post will appear when shared.
   
4. Choose an image for your post under the Choose Image section:
   
1. Click Pick from Templates to select one of the available promotional images.
   
2. Click Upload New Image to upload a custom image from your device.
   
5. Click the social media platform icon under Click to Share. Supported platforms include:
1. Facebook
   
2. X (formerly Twitter)
   
3. LinkedIn
   
6. Complete the sharing process on the selected platform.
   

1. Click Pick from Templates in the Choose Image section.
2. Select the template you want to use.
3. Click the Edit icon on the template.
4. In the Customize window, choose the elements you want to display on the image:
   
   • Logo
   • Date and time
   • Location
   • Button
   • Overlay
5. Select a format from the Date Format dropdown to control how the event date and time are displayed.
6. Enter the text you want to display on the action button in the Button Text field.
   
1. Button text can contain up to 25 characters.
   
7. To use a different background image, click Choose Background Image and upload an image from your device.
   
1. Supported formats:JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP
   
2. Maximum file size: 5 MB
   
8. Review the changes in the Preview section.
   
9. Click Save to save your customizations.
   
10. In the template selection window, click Save again to apply the template to your social share post.
