Sharing on social media

Share your microsite's URL on networking websites like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, right from within Zoho Backstage. Select from our list of suggested messages to share your event website. 

1. Go to Manage > Promote > Social Share tab, from the Dock. Your social post content, along with a preview illustrating its appearance when shared, will be displayed.
2. Click  above the Post Description text box to choose a different option from the dropdown to change the description of the post
   
3. Click the icon of the networking site you want to post to from the Click to share section 
   
4. Post your message. 

Choose an image for inline preview 

1. Click the Pick from Templates button in the Choose Image section. 
   
2. Select an image from list of generated images in the resulting pop up.
   
3. Click the Edit icon [  ] on the image to customize it. You can choose the elements you want to appear on the image, change the format of date and time, and the button text.
   
4. Click the Save button.

Note: You can click the Upload New Image button in the Choose Image section to upload a different image than the suggested ones.
