Session Summary

A successful session isn’t just about having a great speaker — it’s also about how the audience responds. After your event, you can review session analytics to understand what worked well and how engaged your attendees were.


Accessing Session Summary  



To view analytics for any completed session:
  1. Navigate to Manage > Sessions from the dock.
  2. Find the session you'd like to review.
  3. Click the View Details button next to the session.
  4. You'll be taken to the Summary tab.

The Summary tab is available for all sessions, but metrics and feedback are shown only after the session is completed.

Metrics Available in the Summary Tab

  1. Duration: Total time the session was presented.
  2. Polls: Count of polls launched during the session to engage attendees.
  3. Total Attended: Total number of people who attended the session.
  4. Questions: Indicates how interactive the session was through attendee Q&A. 
Additional Information

Alongside the analytics, you’ll also find:
  1. Session Description: A summary of the topic covered.
  2. Managed By: The person who was responsible for managing the session.
  3. Reactions Report: A brief report of the real-time reactions received during the session (like emoji feedback).

Why These Insights Matter

Understanding these metrics can help you:

  1. Identify which sessions attracted the most engagement.
  2. Recognize speakers who drove strong audience interaction.
  3. Improve future sessions by spotting trends in content and format.
  4. Share key performance indicators with stakeholders and collaborators.
