Sponsor Requests

Learn how to manage sponsorship requests received from individuals or companies through your event website. This guide will help you review, approve, deny, edit, or delete sponsorship requests.


Viewing Sponsor Requests

View detailed information about sponsors interested in supporting your event.


  1. Navigate to Manage > Sponsors > Sponsor Requests from the Dock.
  2. Click the dropdown menu next to a request and select View. The Sponsor Proposal Details panel will appear.


Approving Sponsor Requests

Confirm sponsorship by reviewing and approving requests submitted via your event website. Sponsors can select a category and amount, and their requests will appear under the Sponsors > Sponsor Requests tab.


  1. Navigate to Manage > Sponsors > Sponsor Requests from the Dock.
  2. Click the Approve button next to a request.
  3. The approved request will move to the All Sponsors tab.

Editing Sponsor Requests

Modify sponsorship request details before approval, ensuring they align with your event’s needs.


  1. Navigate to Manage > Sponsors > Sponsor Requests from the Dock.
  2. Click the dropdown menu next to a request and select Edit. The Edit Sponsor Proposal panel will appear.



  3. Update the necessary details.
  4. Click Done to save the changes.

Denying Sponsor Requests

Exclude sponsorship requests without deleting them. Optionally, inform the sponsor of the decision via email.
  1. Navigate to Manage > Sponsors > Sponsor Requests from the Dock.
  2. Click the dropdown menu next to a request and select Deny. The Deny Sponsor Request panel will appear.


  3. Enter a reason for denying the request.
  4. (Optional) Select the Notify sponsor via email checkbox to inform the sponsor.
  5. Click Deny.
The denied request will move to the Rejected tab.
Notes
Note: Denied sponsor requests can be reconsidered and approved later from the Rejected tab.

Deleting Sponsor Requests

Remove sponsor requests that conflict with your event’s terms or aren’t a good fit, without sending a rejection email.


  1. Navigate to Manage > Sponsors > Sponsor Requests from the Dock.
  2. Click the dropdown menu next to a request and select Delete. The Remove Sponsor Proposal dialog box will appear.
  3. Click Delete to confirm the action.
Alert
This action will permanently delete the sponsor request and cannot be undone.
