View missed registrations 

1. Go to Registrations > Overview > Missed Registrations from the dock.
2. A list of all failed orders will be displayed.
   
3. Select the View option from the dropdown to the right of the failed order to view the complete details. You can see the person who tried buying the ticket, their phone number, number of tickets bought from each ticket class, and the promo code applied, if any.
   
4. Select the Add as offline order option to add the purchaser to your attendee list, if the purchase happens offline or later through other means. 
   

Note: Only registrations abandoned at the payment process will be added as missed registrations.

Export missed registrations

1. Click the Export button in the Missed Registrations tab. The Export missed registrations pop-up will be displayed.
   
2. Select the Protect the file with a password checkbox if you want to secure the file when exported.
   
1. Enter a unique password in the Password text box.
   
3. Select the format in which you want to export the file in the Choose format section.
4. Click the Export button. The file will be downloaded to your system.
