Sales Summary

Follow your ticket sales in real time, and get a view of the sold count and revenue of each ticket class.

Go to Registrations > Overview > Sales Summary from the dock.
This page will include the following details about your ticket sales:

Gross sales with the net, tax, and outstanding amounts.
The number of tickets sold, cancelled, or refunded
Sales in percentage shown for each ticket class
A sales report for the ticket classes and the details of the tickets sold, refunded, cancelled, and the revenue generated by each ticket class.

Click to the left of a ticket class to get further data on tickets sold at actual rates, tickets bought with promo codes, and complimentary tickets.
Note: You can find more details on the redemption count of promo codes in the Promo code tab and also view the promo codes that are applied to orders in the Orders tab.

Handling event registrations using Zoho Backstage's ticketing platform is a paid feature enabled based on your subscription plan.
