    3. Note: These orders will not be marked as paid when this option is selected and payment for it should be collected manually.

    Set up notification settings

Manage how notifications are sent to you for ticket bookings.

    1. Go to Registrations > Setup > Registration Settings from the dock.
    2. Select the Get notified about ticket purchases toggle to be notified whenever someone gets a ticket for your event.
    3. Select the Get notified about ticket cancellation or refunds toggle to be notified when someone cancels a ticket or requests for a refund.

Note: Emails will be sent based on the primary contact you've set up for your event.

Set up Address Verification Service (AVS)

Add an extra layer of security to credit card transactions and limit fraud and chargebacks by enabling AVS for your payments. When you enable it, purchasers will be asked to verify the credit card holder's address as an extra safety measure during checkout.

    1. Go to Registrations > Setup > Registration Settings from the dock.
    2. Enable the Address verification service (AVS) settings toggle.
    3. Click the Done button.
Note: You must enable AVS in Backstage if you've enabled it in your payment gateway.
