Configuring Multiple Webcast Links

1. Navigate to Manage > Event Info from the Dock.
   
2. Click Change Service. The Choose webcast service side panel will appear. 
   
3. Select Other Service. 
   
4. Click Change.
   
5. Confirm the change in the dialog box. The Webcast Settings dialog box will appear. 
   
   
   
   
6. Select Multiple webcast links. 
7. Click the Enable Join Button dropdown. Select when the Join button should appear:
1. At Session Time
   
2. 5 Minutes before Session
   
3. 10 Minutes before Session
   
4. 15 Minutes before Session
   
5. 30 Minutes before Session
   
6. 1 Hour before Session
   
8.  Click the Join Button Visibility dropdown. Select who can view the Join button:
   
1. All Visitors: Anyone visiting the event website can view and access the webcast link.
2. Ticket-Holders: Only registered attendees with valid tickets can access the webcast.
3. Signed-in Visitors: Only users signed in to the event website can access the webcast.
9. Click Save.
   

Adding Webcast Link to a Session 

1. Navigate to Manage > Agenda > Sessions from the Dock. 
   
2. Click Add Webcast Link. The Add Webcast Link side panel will appear. 
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the Online Meeting Link. 
   
4. Click Done. 
   

Changing the Webcast Link for a Session 

1. Navigate to Manage > Event Info from the Dock.
2. Click Webcast Settings.
3. Update the required settings:
   • Switch between Single webcast link and Multiple webcast links
   • Change the webcast link
   • Update the dial-in number
   • Modify the the Join button timing
   • Change the Join button visibility
4. Click Save.
