1. Go to Settings (  ) > Channels > Email > Templates.
   
2. Click .
   
3. In the Create Email Template popup, select the module for which you would like to create an Email Template.
   
4. Click Next.
   
5. In the Create Template window, do the following:
   
1. Enter the Template Name and Subject.
   
2. Enter the content of your email template.
    In places where you want to populate dynamic content, type # to insert a merge field. 
3. Click Save.
   
   
4. In the choose folder popup, select the folder from the Save to drop-down list.
   
6. Click Save.

1. Free: 5 Email Templates
2. Express: 20 Email Templates
   
3. Premier: 40 Email Templates
4. Bigin 360: 100 Email Templates(including default template)
   
5. Zoho One: 100 Email Templates
