Email Sharing
- Go to Settings (
) > Channels > Email > Email Sharing.
- You can choose from Private, Public, User Choice.
- Private - All the emails of the user will remain private and others users cannot access them.
- Public - All the emails remain public and can be accessed by others.

User's Choice - This allows the user to define how the email is to be shared. This option is only available for administrators.
- For users who use primary emails without IMAP configuration, if they register for Bigin with an unauthenticated or public domain email address, any emails they send from Bigin using that signup email will be sent from Bigin's email domain.
