Set up Zoho's built-in PhoneBridge
- Go to Settings (
)> Phone and click Setup Now.
- Click Buy a Number.
- In the Buy a Number pop-up, enter the relevant details like country, number type and region.
Please note that the process of purchasing a phone number for your business varies depending on the country you choose. While phone numbers in some countries can be purchased right away from Bigin, certain countries have stricter regulations when it comes to purchasing phone numbers. In such cases, our support team will process the request and get back to you as quickly as possible.
- The cost of purchasing numbers will also vary based on the country and number type you choose. And your usage costs depend on this as well. We recommend you recharge your phone credits in Bigin periodically to ensure continuity in your phone service.
- Voice data is transmitted over the internet via WebRTC. Check that your browser is supported.
Integrate with a telephony service from the Phonebridge Marketplace
- Navigate to Settings (
- Click View Marketplace in the Telephony page.
- Click Integrate for your telephony provider.
