Actions that can be performed

Actions that can be performed by associating the X profile

Follow the record - Click the X icon next to the record name and click Follow. 
 
Send a tweet
  1. Go to the record details page and click the Social tab.
  2. Click Tweet to [Record name].
  3. Enter the tweet in the New Tweet popup window.
    You can also add photos to your tweet by clicking Add photo.
  4. Once you have added your tweet, click Tweet. 
Send a message
  1. Go to the record details page and click Social tab.
  2. Click the drop-down and select Send Message.
  3. Enter the message in the Conversation window.
