In addition, the QR codes to download the Bigin mobile app for both Android and iOS, along with the Refer and Earn option, are available at the bottom of the screen.
These options make it easy to get help, find answers on your own, or discover new features of Bigin. You can find these support options in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Under Contact Us, you will find all the options available to reach our support team.
With this support, you can call Bigin's helpline or request a callback. There are two different helplines available, Support and Sales.
You can also request a callback by clicking the Request a Callback button. You will be redirected to a form. Once you fill out the form, your call will be scheduled.
Clicking on this email address(support@bigin.com) will redirect you to multiple email gateways. You can choose your preferred email gateway and send your issue. Bigin's support team will take care of it upon receiving the email.
This support lets you directly connect with our customer team to share your concerns. It's the quickest way to reach our product experts.
With Bigin's Record Screen feature, you can capture your screen to report issues clearly and efficiently to the support team. This allows for quick ticket generation, reducing the need for lengthy meetings and improving both resolution times and customer satisfaction.
