Import History
This displays the complete record of all the data that is imported by the user in Bigin. You can also undo any import action carried out by the user.
  1. Files imported within the span of 60 days will be listed under Import History.
  2. View records that were added, skipped and updated in each entry under Import History. These details are available only for 7 days from the day the records were imported after which you can only see the number of records that were added, updated or skipped.
  3. In case the records are not imported properly and you want to undo the import, you can do so within 30 days. After 30 days the undo action will be locked and the import action will be confirmed automatically.
  4. Opting for the "Update existing records only" option during import removes the ability to reverse changes. Once updated, the alterations become permanent and cannot be reverted.
  5. Selecting the "Both" option allows for an undo feature, but it solely removes newly added records and doesn't reverse modifications made to the existing updated records.
