All the actions performed in your Bigin account will be listed chronologically in a single window. You can also choose to export a copy of the audit log for your reference.

To view audit log

The Audit Log page displays all the actions performed by all users for the last three years.

1. Go to  Settings (  ) > Data Administration > Audit Log.
   A list of all the actions performed in your Bigin account will be displayed. Click the record name to open it in a new page.
2. You can filter the audit log based on specific categories, such as:
   
1. Entity 
   
2. User
   
3. Actions
   
4. Time Range
   
   

Export Audit Log

1. Go to  Settings (  ) > Data Administration > Audit Log.
   
2. Click Export Audit Log button.
   

3. There are two options available for exporting the audit log:

• Unfiltered Export: You can export the complete audit log data available for up to three years.
  

• ​Filtered Export: After applying filters (based on entity, user actions, or date range), you can export up to 180 days of data from within the selected range.
