Organization Details

Before you get started, it is necessary that you add your organization's details in your Bigin account. These details include setting up currency, time zone, company logo, access URL etc. These details will reflect in your organization's Bigin account.

To enter organization details

Login to Bigin with administrator privileges.
Go to Settings > Organization.
Click the button to make changes to the organization details.
Enter details such as phone, company description, Address, Currency, Location, Time Zone and click Save.

Access URL

You can change the access URL in Bigin to reflect a custom name that suits your organization.

For example, if your organization name is Zylker Travels then you can edit the existing access URL https://bigin.zoho.com/bigin/org1234567890 to https://bigin.zoho.com/bigin/zylkertravels. This name would reflect in your public pages like Forms.

The new URL should meet the below conditions:

Should have character length between 4 and 30.
Should contain alphabets.
Can contain numbers.
Can contain underscore (only allowed special character).
Should start either with an alphabet or a number.

To edit access URL

Go to Settings > Organization.
Scroll down to Access URL section and click the edit icon.
Enter the new URL and click Save.
