How can I view incoming emails in Bigin?
To view incoming emails in Bigin, you must first configure your email account. Once your email account is configured, you can view incoming emails, sent emails right from the record details page.
- Go to Settings > Email.
- Choose one from the popular email services.
- Enter Username, Email Address, Password and click Continue.
- Choose Email Sharing Permissions.
- Click Save.
To view the emails
- Go to the desired module and open a record.
- In the record details page, click the Emails tab.
