How do I add my signature to outgoing email from Bigin?
You can add signature to all your outgoing emails by following the steps given below:
To customize signature
- Click Settings > Users and Controls > Users
- From the list of users, click on your name to view your information.
- In the User Information page, click + Signature in the Signature section which will be available at the bottom of the page.
- Specify the signature in the HTML editor.
- Click Save.
Alternatively, you can also set up your signature from the Email configuration page if you have configured your email account in Bigin.
- Go to Settings > Channel > Email.
- In the Email Configuration page, click Email Signature.
- Specify the signature in the HTML editor.
- Click Save.
Note: If you have defined your signature, then it will be available in all the emails that you send.
