How do I add my signature to outgoing email from Bigin?

You can add signature to all your outgoing emails by following the steps given below:

To customize signature
  1. Click Settings > Users and Controls > Users
  2. From the list of users, click on your name to view your information.
  3. In the User Information page, click + Signature in the Signature section which will be available at the bottom of the page.
  4. Specify the signature in the HTML editor.
  5. Click Save. 
Alternatively, you can also set up your signature from the Email configuration page if you have configured your email account in Bigin.
  1. Go to Settings > Channel > Email.
  2. In the Email Configuration page, click Email Signature.
  3. Specify the signature in the HTML editor.
  4. Click Save.

Note: If you have defined your signature, then it will be available in all the emails that you send.
