How to send emails from Bigin?

Email is an easy and effective way for a business to communicate with their customers. Bigin offers built-in email functionality that lets you send emails to your customers even if you have not configured your email account. But you will not be able to view incoming emails or email interactions from the record details page. To access these functions, you must configure your IMAP account. When writing emails in Bigin, you can choose a plain editor or rich text editor. The plain editor does not have any formatting while the rich text editor comes with pre-loaded formatting options. You can add URLs, insert HTML, add images, and insert merge fields in your email.
 
To send email in Bigin
  1. Go to the Contacts or Pipelines module.
  2. Select the record you would like to send an email to.
  3. Click Send Email.
  4. Compose your email and add the sender and other details.
  5. Click the Choose Template link if you already have an email template that you would like to use.
  6. Click Send.
