Where can I view the incoming emails in the record details page?
You must have an IMAP email account configured in Bigin to view incoming emails.
To configure an IMAP account
- Go to Settings and then Email.
- Choose from the most popular email services.
- Enter your Username, Email Address, and Password and click Continue.
- The server details are filled in for you automatically.
- Choose the appropriate email sharing permission:
Private: The conversation with your customer will only be visible to you.
Public: Anyone in your organization can view the conversation. - Click Save.
To view incoming emails
- Go to the Contacts or Pipelines module and select the required record.
- Click the dropdown on the Email tab of the record details page.
- Choose IMAP Emails.
The incoming emails will be populated here.
