Where can I view the incoming emails in the record details page?

You must have an IMAP email account configured in Bigin to view incoming emails.
 
To configure an IMAP account
  1. Go to Settings and then Email.
  2. Choose from the most popular email services.
  3. Enter your Username, Email Address, and Password and click Continue.
  4. The server details are filled in for you automatically.
  5. Choose the appropriate email sharing permission:
    Private: The conversation with your customer will only be visible to you.
    Public: Anyone in your organization can view the conversation.
  6. Click Save.
To view incoming emails
  1. Go to the Contacts or Pipelines module and select the required record.
  2. Click the dropdown on the Email tab of the record details page.
  3. Choose IMAP Emails.
    The incoming emails will be populated here.
