To embed Zoho Forms link in emails, administrator must activate the Zoho Forms Integration in Bigin. Once integrated, users can embed the forms in their Zoho Forms account in templates/emails sent from Bigin.

To activate Zoho Forms Integration

1. Log into your Bigin account with an administrative profile.

2. Go to Settings > Integrations/Toppings > Zoho Forms.

3. Click Setup Now.

4. Click Activate.
   Now, you can insert Zoho Forms link in templates/emails you send from Bigin.

To embed the link in email

1. Go to the Contacts module > Select the desired contact(s).

2. Click the Send Email button.

3. In the email editor, click the Link button > Zoho Forms Link. 
   
   
   

4. In the Insert link popup,

1. Choose the Bigin module.

2. Select the form from the chosen module.

3. Enter the Text to Display.
   
   

5. Click Insert link.
