How to add tags to individual records and in bulk?

Tags are labels that let you categorize records in a module based on certain characteristics. For ex: if you want to categorize contacts based on their relationship with your business, you can use tags like 'customers', 'prospects', 'vendors', etc. You can add tags to a record by,
  1. Go to the desired modules and open the record to which you would like to add tags.
  2. In the record details page, click the '+' icon in the Tags section.
  3. Enter the tag name and click Save.
You can also add tags in bulk to a group of records in your Bigin account. 
 
To add tags in bulk
  1. Select the records from the module's list view to which you would like to add Tags.
  2. Click More > Add Tags.

  3. In the Add Tags popup, enter the tags that you would like to add to the selected records and choose a tag color.

  4. Enable the checkbox to overwrite existing tags with the new tags that you have entered.
  5. Click Save.


Idea
Enable 'Tag' checkbox in the Pipeline view to view the tags in detail card. Go to Customize Cards > Enable Tag.


Similarly, enable 'Tag' checkbox for list view. Click the '+' icon > Enable Tag.
