Why can’t a user initiate Data Backup?

Only super Admins and administrators can initiate Data Backups.
  • Navigate to Settings > Users & Control > Profiles to confirm role.
If an admin still cannot initiate, contact support@zohobigin.com with screenshots.

Can I schedule backups?

Unfortunately, automated backup scheduling is not yet a supported feature.
  • You can, however, manually take up to two backups each month (depending on your edition).
  • We want to make sure you have time to retrieve the file, so the download link will be valid for a full seven days.
  • You can initiate the next backup whenever you choose this month, and all activity logs are available for review right there.
