Why can’t I find some contacts in Bigin?

• First, try Global Search.
• If not found, check Recycle Bin under Settings > Data Administration

Deleted records remain in Recycle Bin for 60 days, after which they’re permanently deleted.

How do I restore deleted records?

Go to Recycle Bin and click Restore for the records.

If still missing, contact support@zohobigin.com with details (module, date deleted, etc.).

Why can’t a user restore deleted records?

• Only administrators can restore all deleted records
• Standard or custom profile users can restore only their own records

Admins can log in and restore from Recycle Bin.
