How can I restrict sales reps from viewing other sales reps' data?
You can restrict users in the same role from viewing each others' data.
To restrict data access
- Go to Setup and then Users and Control and select the Roles tab.
- Hover over the role you want to edit and click the Edit icon.
- In the Edit Role page, clear the checkbox that allows users in the same role to view each others' data.
- Click Save.
