Only the Super Admin can delete a user account in Bigin. Once a user is deleted:
- Any integrations configured by that user will no longer be available.
- The records that belong to the deleted user will still be intact. We recommend you transfer the records belonging to a user to another user before deleting that user.
- A deleted user cannot be reactivated. Adding a deleted user back in your Bigin account will be considered as adding a new user.
- If the user uses other Zoho services, deleting them from the Bigin account will not affect their access to other Zoho services.
- If the user is deleted or deactivated, their user license is still paid for and is not cancelled. After deleting a user, you can go to the Subscriptions page to decrease the number of user license add-ons for your Bigin organization.
To delete a user
- Log in to Bigin with administrator privileges.
- Go to Setup and then Users and Control.
You will be directed to the Users tab by default. - Choose the user you would like to delete from Bigin.
- Click the Delete button.
