Where can I find details of invited users?
Users who have been sent an invitation link will appear in the Invited Users list.
To view the list of invited users
- Log in to Bigin with administrator privileges.
- Go to Setup and then Users and Control and choose the Users tab.
- Click on the dropdown and select Invited Users.
You can view the following details in this section:
- Active Users: Users who have access to your Bigin account.
- Inactive Users: Users who no longer have access to your Bigin account because they have been deactivated. They can be reactivated at any time.
- Invited Users: Users who have not yet accepted the invite in their email.
- Deleted Users: Users who have been removed from your Bigin account. They no longer have access to the Bigin account.
