Who is the Super Admin in Bigin?

The Super Admin is the master administrator for a Bigin organization. Any user with the administrator profile in the Bigin account can be set as the Super Admin. Some important points to know about the Super Admin are:

All the communications related to a Bigin account's subscription will be sent to the Super Admin.
Only the Super Admin can delete a Bigin organization.
Only the Super Admin can delete a Bigin user. Other Administrators can only deactivate Bigin users.
If you need to delete a user who is set as the Super Admin then you must first set another user with the Administrator profile as the Super Admin. Only the Super Admin can do this. Then, ask the new Super Admin to delete or deactivate the user.
