Installing the topping

1. Navigate to Setup > Settings > Toppings > Marketplace.
   Under All Toppings, you can view all the toppings supported for Bigin.
2. Click All Toppings, then search for and click Eventbrite.
3. Click Install.
4. Agree to the terms of service and click Install.
5. In the following screen, agree to the terms of service and click Install Now.
6. In Users/Profiles, choose one of the following and click Confirm:
1. Install for admin only - The topping will only be installed for users with administrator profiles.
2. Install for all users - The topping will be installed for all users.
3. Choose profiles - The topping will only be installed for the selected users. Choose this option, click Continue, then select the profiles.
   The topping will be installed automatically for the specified users.
7. Click Authorize in the Connections section of the Extension Details page to authorize your Eventbrite connector.
   Sign in with your Eventbrite credentials.
8. Click Authorize in the Connections section of the Extension Details page to authorize your Bigin connector.
   Click Connect, followed by Accept.

Configuring the topping

1. Click Settings in the Extension Details page.
   The Event Configuration page will open.
2. In Event type, choose either All type of events or Selected type.
3. In Selected type(s), choose the desired event categories from the drop-down.
4. In Enable Scheduled Sync, choose Yes to schedule auto-synchronization. Choose No if you wish to sync data manually.
5. In Sync Occurrence, choose the sync to happen Daily or Weekly.
6. Click Next.
   
7. The Field Mapping page will open.
8. Map the Eventbrite fields to the corresponding Bigin fields to ensure data is accurately transferred in Bigin.
9. The field mapping can be done for events, contacts, and orders from Eventbrite. The default fields of each module will be mapped by default.
   A new pipeline, "Eventbrite Orders," will be created, and all the Eventbrite orders will be synced to this pipeline.
10. Click Save & Sync.

Accessing Eventbrite data in Bigin

1. View event data in Bigin: Navigate to the Event in Activities module in Zoho Bigin to view a list of all synced events. Click on a record to view detailed event information, including attendee lists, ticket types, and registration status.
2. Manage Attendees: Access attendee details within the related list of each event record. View attendee contact information, ticket purchase details, and any custom fields mapped from Eventbrite.
3. Track Event Metrics: Use Bigin's reporting tools to create custom reports and dashboards. Analyze event performance by tracking total attendees, revenue generated, and attendee engagement.

Uninstalling the topping

1. Navigate to Setup > Settings > Toppings > Marketplace > Installed.
   The installed toppings will be listed.
2. Browse for Eventbrite and click the corresponding Uninstall link.
3. Click Ok to confirm and uninstall the topping.
