Setup integration with Zoho Meeting  

1. Go to Settings > Integrations/Toppings > Zoho Meeting and click Setup Now.
   
2. In the Zoho Meeting page, click Activate.
   
   If you do not have an account in Zoho Meeting, a new organization will be automatically created. Also, the users in the Bigin account will receive invitations to join your organization in Zoho Meeting

Create an online meeting

1. Go to the Activities module and click the Events tab.
   
2. Click + Event.
   
3. Enter the Event Information. 
   
4. Select the  Online Meeting checkbox.
   
   
5. Choose the contacts, users, or enter an email address in the Participants field.
   
6. Click Save.
   

Invite participants to an event

1. Go to the Activities module and click the Events tab.
   
2. Select an online event.
   
3. Click +More in the Participants section and select contacts, users, or enter an email address.
   
4. Click Save.
   You can also click Copy invitation link to get the meeting invitation URL and share it via email, social media, etc.
   
   

Start a meeting

1. Go to the Activities module, click the Events tab and select an online meeting.
   
2. Click Start Meeting button.
   
   Alternately, you can also click Start Meeting from the Notification screen.
   
   

Setup an Instant Meeting

1. Go to the Contacts module and select a contact.
   
2. Click the Meeting icon > Meet Now.
   
   
3. Enter the Event information and click Start Meeting.
   You will be redirected to Zoho Meeting page and the meeting will be started.

Schedule an online meeting

1. Go to the Contacts module and select a contact.
   
2. Click the Meeting icon > Schedule online meeting.
   
   
3. Enter the Event Information, choose the appropriate date and time and click Save.
   

View meeting recording 

Disable Meeting Integration

1. Go to Settings > Integrations/Toppings > Zoho Meetings and click Manage.
   
2. Click Deactivate in the Zoho Meetings page.
