1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Zoom Meeting and click Setup Now.
   
2. In the Zoom Meeting page, click Activate.
   
3. Once the integration is activated by the Admin, individual users who want to use Zoom integration can connect their Zoom account with Bigin. Users will be asked to connect their Zoom account when they try to create an Event in Bigin with the Location field as 'Online Meeting - Zoom Meeting

1. Go to the Activities module and click the Events tab.
   
2. Click + Event.
   
   
3. Enter the Event Information.
   
4. Select the Online Meeting checkbox.
   
   
5. Choose Zoom Meeting from the drop-down. 
   
6. Click Connect Now in the pop-up that appears.
   
   
7. After you have connected your Zoom account, you can fill in the Participants field. Participants can be Contacts or Users in Bigin, or you can enter the email addresses of people who are not in Bigin.
8. Click Save.
   

1. Go to the Contacts module and select a contact.
   
2. In the Contacts Details page, Click the Meeting icon > Schedule online meeting.
   
3. Enter the Event Information, choose the appropriate date and time and click Save.
    

Invite participants to a meeting 

1. Go to the Activities module and click the Events tab.
   
2. Select the desired online event.
   
3. Click +More in the Participants section and select contacts, users, or enter an email address.
   
   
4. Click Save.
   

Create an Instant Meeting 

1. Go to the Contacts module and select a contact.
   
2. Click the Meeting icon > Meet Now.
   
   
3. Enter the Event information and click Start Meeting.
   You will be redirected to a Zoom Meeting page and the contact will receive a meeting invite via email to join the meeting.  

Create an online meeting through Booking Pages

To get started, log in to your Bigin account and go to Settings > Toppings. Once you enable the Booking Pages topping, click on Manage > +Create a Booking Page to create a new booking.

 

Choose One-on-One booking, you will be redirected to the booking creation page.

After you choose the booking type, provide the necessary details you need, such as an image that best represents the service you offer to your customer, the name of the service, and a description of the service. And you would have to choose Event type as Online, and Select Zoom Meeting from the Meeting provider picklist.

Notes:

• If Zoom is already integrated, it will be selected by default. If it is not integrated, an authorization popover will appear.

• When multiple users are assigned, an email will be sent to those who have not integrated Zoom Meeting, requesting them to complete the integration.

Start a meeting from Bigin 

View meeting recording    

1. Go to the Activities module and click the Events tab.
   
2. Open the desired online event. 
   The video recording will be available under the Recording section. 

Disable Meeting Integration   

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Zoom Meetings and click Manage.
   
2. Click Deactivate in the Zoom Meetings page.
   

Uninstall Bigin from Zoom Marketplace

1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
   
2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for Bigin by Zoho CRM app.
   
3. Click Bigin by Zoho CRM.
   
4. Click Uninstall.
