Permissions to install/configure tabs are set on the Microsoft Teams side. Please reach out to your Teams admin to install/configure Bigin tabs.

Bigin tabs in Teams 

1. Personal tab: Users can add the Bigin app to their Teams account on the left panel. This tab will be visible only to the user; their team members can't view this tab.
   
2. Channel Tab: Users can add the Bigin app as a tab to any of their Team Channels so that all the users in the channel can view and access the Bigin pipeline, provided that they are all active users in the Bigin account.

Installing the  Bigin tab 

To add the Bigin tab to a channel

1. Log in to your Microsoft Teams account in Microsoft 365.
   
2. Select the channel in which you want to install the tab.
   
3. Click on the plus sign (+) to the right of the existing tabs in the channel.
   
4. On the Add a tab page, select Bigin by Zoho CRM from the list of apps.
   
5. Click Sign in using Bigin.
   
6. Enter your Bigin credentials and click Sign in. The Bigin tab will be added to the channel and users will be able to access and manage the pipeline just like they would if they had logged into Bigin directly.
   

To add the Bigin tab to Teams 

1. Log in to your Microsoft Teams account in Microsoft 365.
   
2. Click on the more icon (...) in the left side panel to install the app.
   
3. On the Apps page, search for Bigin by Zoho CRM from the list of apps.
   
4. Click Add.
   The Bigin tab will be added to the left side panel and the user will be able to access the Bigin account they're logged into in their browser.
   

Bigin messaging extension 

To install the messaging extension

1. Go to the desired Team where you want to install the messaging extension.
   
2. Click the more icon (...) in the chat bar.
   
3. Select Bigin by Zoho CRM from the list of apps.
   
4. Click Add.
   

To share records in Teams

1. Click the Tab Conversation icon in the Team channel.
   
2. Click the more icon (...) in the chat bar.
   
3. Select Bigin by Zoho CRM from the list of apps.
   
4. Search for the record you want to share and click on it.
