Integrating with Zoho Books
The Zoho Books/Invoice integration for Bigin lets you sync contacts, companies, and products between Zoho Books or Zoho Invoice and Bigin. Zoho Books and Zoho Invoice users can also create and view invoices, estimates, and sales orders related to customers from their Bigin account. Take the case of a local travel agency which uses Bigin to manage their Sales pipeline. Once the deal is created, they want to create an estimate or invoice for the travel package and share it with the customer. With the Zoho Books/Invoice integration for Bigin, the travel agency can create an estimate or invoice directly from the record details page in Bigin and share it with the customer.

- Available in Express, Premier and Bigin 360 editions.

- Users with Administrator profile can set up the integration.
Set up Zoho Books/Invoice integration for Bigin
Setting up the Zoho Books/Invoice integration for Bigin includes the following steps:
- Activate integration
- Synchronize modules
Activate integration
- In your Bigin account, go to Settings > Integration/Toppings > Zoho Books.
- Click Setup Now.
- Enter your email address and choose the organization from the dropdown.
- Click Save.
Synchronize modules
The following modules can be synchronized between your Bigin and Books accounts:

The sync intervals for various entities are listed below:
The sync between these modules takes place at the time interval specified in the table above. If you need the data to be synced right away you can use the Sync Now' button whenever needed.
Note: The last sync time and last push time specify the most recent sync time and the time the data was pushed from Bigin to Books or vice versa.
To configure the sync between modules:
- Click Configure for Contacts and Companies Synchronization in the Configure Modules to be Synced section.
- In the Zoho Books/Invoice integration page, specify the following:
- Which modules need to be synchronized with the Zoho Books/Invoice's Customer? Select an option from the dropdown list.
- Select the check box if you want to Include Contacts which are not associated with any Companies
- Which records need to be synchronized? Select the list views from the Companies or Contacts module to synchronize records from.
- Choose how to handle duplicate records Select whether to Clone, Overwrite, or Skip any duplicates found in Zoho Books or Zoho Invoice during the synchronization.
- Map the Zoho Books or Zoho Invoice fields with Bigin's Companies and Contacts fields.
- Click Save.
- Click Configure for Products Synchronization in the Configure Modules to be Synced section.
- In the Zoho Books/Invoice integration page, specify the following:
- Which records need to be synchronized? Select the list views from the Products module to synchronize the records from.
- Choose how to handle duplicate records Select whether to Clone, Overwrite, or Skip any duplicates found in Zoho Books or Zoho Invoice during the synchronization.
- Map the Items fields with the Products fields in Bigin.
- Click Save.
Points to remember
- Duplicate handling currently applies to Companies and Companies & Contacts, and not to Contacts.
- Ensure that the picklist values in Zoho Books and Bigin are same otherwise records that don't have that value will be skipped while syncing records from Bigin to Books.
- Any record deleted in Bigin will also be deleted from Books or Invoice.
Using the Zoho Books/Invoice integration for Bigin
When you configure the integration between Zoho Books/Invoice and Bigin, you will be able to perform the following actions:
Create invoices, estimates, and sales orders from your Bigin account and sync that data with Zoho Books or Invoice.
View invoices, estimates, and sales orders related to each record in the record's details page.

Delete Zoho Books/Invoice Integration
The Administrator can delete the Zoho Books Integration from the Bigin account. If you delete the integration, all the associated data will no longer be available in Bigin.
To delete the Zoho Books integration for Bigin
- In your Bigin account, go to Settings > Integrations/Toppings > Zoho Books.
- Click Delete integration.
- Click Delete.
