Accessing Activities Module in Android

The activities module helps users track tasks, events, and calls, with each parameter having its own vital information like priority level, status, and due date.

The tasks, events, and calls can either be stand-alone or associated with records. 

To access activities 

  1. Open the Bigin app. 
  2. Tap the Activities module in the bottom navigation bar. 
Users can access tasks, events, and calls from here. They can also view their activities' schedule in a calendar view. 

What is a Calendar view?

Calendar view, the default landing page of the Activities module, is a visual summary of all the tasks, events, and calls scheduled by the user. It facilitates users to track and plan their day effectively as the view presents all the tasks, events and calls as per its scheduled date and time. 
The Calendar view has four different modes:
  1. Agenda - consolidated list of all upcoming activities 
  2. Day - activities scheduled for a single day
  3. Week - activities scheduled for the said week
  4. Month - activities scheduled for the month on day to day basis
Users can perform the following actions from the Calendar view:
  1. Add a task, event or call by tapping the Add icon. 
  2. Edit any existing activity by tapping it. 
  3. Filter activities by activity types, ownership, and status. 
  4. Jump back to today's date with the Current Day button.

The calendar view is available only for trial and paid versions.
