A company is the business or organization associated with the contacts who buy a product or uses a service.
For example, a digital marketing firm working with an e-commerce brand may interact with multiple stakeholders such as marketing managers, founders, and procurement heads. Here, all these contacts can be linked to a single company record, representing the e-commerce business.
Users can store key details such as company name, website, address, and other relevant business information. Additionally, all associated contacts, deals, activities (tasks, calls, events), attachments, and pipeline interactions can be viewed within the company record, providing a centralized and comprehensive overview of all interactions with that organization.
Adding company details
Users can manually add the company details to their Bigin account. Alternatively, when the company details are added while creating a contact (manually or by scanning a business card) they get added to the company module automatically.
To add company details manually
- Open the Bigin app.
- Tap the Company module in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the Add icon.
- Fill in the required details like company name, website, email, description phone number, address, etc. You can also add a photo for the contact.
- Tap the tick icon in the top-right corner of the screen to save the company.
