Managing the Company Detail Page in Android
Users can view their companies' basic information like address, phone number, website, etc, and other records like activities, notes, email interactions, social interactions, pipelines and attachments linked to the company in the company detail page. The page also displays the history of all progress taken for the company in the timeline tab. They can also edit and delete the company details from the company detail page.
Viewing company information
Info
This tab provides the users with the company's information like their company name, photo, description, phone number, mailing address and website. It also gives user information for the organization like the company owner, created by, modified by, and last activity time.
Users can see the details of the pipeline records attached to the company and the activities lined up for the company. Users can also see the pipeline records and the activities lined up for the contacts associated with the company.
Users can add appropriate tags for the companies, find the location of the company and visit its website from the company detail page.
Tags is available only for the paid editions.
To manage tags
Users can tap the Tag icon to add tags of their choice to the company. Once added, they can tap on the tag to edit and delete it. They can also add colors to the tags.
Timeline
Users can see the complete history of their interactions with and for the contacts associated with a company. It shows the date and time of when a pipeline record, notes, attachments, and activities are added and when emails are sent to the contacts associated with the company. They can filter the timeline records to see when specific files, events, tasks, and notes are added and when calls are made.
Notes
Users can add notes to record important information about the company or specification like details discussed over call or messages with the contacts associated with the company. Under the notes tab, users can see all the notes added in every module associated with the company or they can choose to see only the notes added for the company. They can also add attachments to these notes, use the scribble pad to take the notes, and delete the note if deemed unnecessary.
Emails
Users can see the list of emails sent to the contacts associated with a company under this tab. They can filter and view the mails as following:
- All emails - shows emails from all categories, i.e., emails sent from Bigin, emails added from widgets, and IMAP emails.
- Emails sent from Bigin - shows emails sent from the Bigin app.
- Added from widget - after integrating with Bigin eWidget, the emails added to Bigin from the widget will be displayed here.
Users can swipe right to link the emails to the pipelines associated with the company. This will help users have all emails associated with a company's deal at one place. They can also change an existing linked email message to another pipeline record by swiping right and delink the emails by swiping left.
Files
Users can add and view attachments that are specific to the companies or the contacts associated with the companies. The attachments can be added in the form of an image, audio recording, links, and files. They can share the said attachment directly through the messenger of their choice, save it or delete it.
Pipelines
Users can track the progress of the deals associated with a company from the pipelines tab to stay relevant. They can also add new deals to any of the available pipelines from the company detail page, where the company will be automatically associated with the deal/pipeline. They can also edit, delete and manage tags for the associated deals.
Payments
Payments tab allows users to view and manage all payment links associated with that company. Since payment links are created for pipeline records and are automatically associated with the related company, users can track payment activity for all deals linked to the company from a single location. They can also filter the payment records to view them by status, including All, Received, Pending, Overdue, Failed, and Expired payments.
Activities
Users can add and track tasks, events, and calls, with each parameter having its own vital information like priority level, status, and due date. They can also edit, delete and manage tags for the associated activities.
Related
Users can view the list of contacts related to a company under this tab.
Editing a company
Users can edit the company to change, add or delete details about the company by tapping the edit icon on the top navigation bar.
Deleting a company
Users can delete companies that they no longer need by tapping the delete icon in the top navigation bar.
