Understanding Contacts in Bigin - Zoho Bigin | Mobile App

Adding Contacts to your Bigin Account in Android

Contacts, also known as end-users, are customers who are using any product or service. The contacts can either represent a company or can be individual customers as well.

For example, a digital marketing firm caters to an E-commerce company to set up their social media marketing. So the customers of the digital marketing firm are representing the E-commerce company. On the other hand, a small scaled bangle seller has individual customers.

Bigin, the most simple-yet-powerful CRM solution, caters to both types of customers.

Users can add all information like name, phone number, mail id, address, company details, etc., related to a contact/customer to aid in easy communication. They can also view the tasks, events, calls, attachments, timeline, pipeline interactions, etc., associated with the contact for consolidated information about the customer and their activities.
