Global search is a unified search experience in the Zoho Bigin mobile app. It helps users find records and settings from one place instead of opening each module separately.
For example, a support representative handling an order-status request can search for a customer name to quickly locate the customer’s contact details and associated pipeline deals. This provides the required context while the request is being handled.
Users can:
- Access the search module from the Home screen, detail pages, and module list pages
- Search for an entry across all modules or in a specific module's view—like Pipelines, Contacts, Companies, Products, or Activities
- See the number of entries available under the searched term
- Search for the features in settings through the search module
- Move to their required module from the all-module view by tapping on View all
- Clear their search history.
