The Delete Account option allows users to delete their Bigin account from within the app permanently. This feature is intended for users who no longer wish to use Bigin and want to remove their account and associated data.
Before the account is deleted, users are required to confirm their request to prevent accidental deletion.
Delete Your Account
To delete your Bigin account:
- Open the Bigin app on your iOS device.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review the information displayed on the screen.
- Confirm your request to delete the account.
Once the request is confirmed, Zoho permanently deletes the account and signs the user out of the application.
